I was think about this earlier today. The U.S. has always had a violent puritanical attitude.
I can remember television in the Seventies when it was easier to show Deer Hunter uncut in prime-time than it was to show Benny Hill uncut after 11pm - gun violence Good, Naked Tits bad.
Maybe it's just me, but when have naked tits killed somebody?
